Our latest update to Certify allows you to maintain several different Certificate translations to provide subscribers information in their desired language. This does not impact the technicians process and requires using the Certify Deeplink to utilize.
What does Language Localization Change?
Using the Certify Deeplink you can now choose what an appropriate SMS and Certificate language for the subscriber to receive once the Certification process is complete. Once your team implements the language code for the deeplinks technicians will not need to change their process and your subscribers will receive an SMS and Certificate in their preferred language!
How do we Use Language Localization?
In order to take advantage of the language localization feature you need to use Certify Deeplinks and configure it to include a language code. The deeplink will instruct Certify which language to send the SMS and Certificate in. The language used in the SMS and Certificate will be set in your Certify Dashboard.
You are able to configure the language used in the Certificate and RouteThis will implement your desired languages and message in the SMS.
