We're thrilled to unveil our new RouteThis Certify Tech Notes feature! Our team has been working on an exciting value-adding feature that enables your technicians to record additional notes on all of their Certify Installations. Tech Notes will allow your team to better capture and communicate the state of a customer's home WiFi network immediately after install.
What's changing?
Techs can include additional, pertinent information on install
Tech Notes introduce the ability for technicians to include additional comments on the install record for your customers. This will be available to them at the end of the installation process and let them choose from pre-selected options in the Dropdown Selections and/or record their own Free-Form Notes! You may even wish to include these notes on the Customer Certificate to help them make the most of their home WiFi experience on your network.
You're in control of what appears on the Customer Certificate
If you've worked with your RouteThis account team to enable Tech Notes for your team you're able to choose whether notes are visible to customers or remain hidden. This allows you to bolster your customers understanding of their home WiFi network experience or gain deeper insight into any barriers keeping customers from leveraging the full experience of your network.
