Minor Changes
- Resolve now has the capability to have the Ticket ID field be mandatory when using Resolve to troubleshoot with customers. Resolve will prompt the agent to enter the ID prior to using any of Resolve's tools with the customer. This needs to be enabled by a member of RouteThis, if you are interested in enabling this feature or learning more, please reach out to your RouteThis account team.
